Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We process account identity and email, project briefs, prompts, uploaded references, generated assets, job and approval history, credit activity, device and security logs, and support communications. Stripe processes payment-card details; OriginArc receives transaction and customer identifiers rather than full card numbers.

How we use information

  • Provide, secure and troubleshoot the Studio.
  • Process generations, store private assets and maintain project history.
  • Manage subscriptions, credits, fraud prevention and accounting.
  • Enforce policies and comply with legal obligations.
  • Improve reliability using limited operational analytics.

AI providers and service partners

Prompts, references and job settings may be sent to the selected AI provider, such as OpenAI or Kling, to perform the requested generation. Payment and infrastructure partners process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and deletion

Project data is retained while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, billing, disputes and legal compliance. Deleting an asset removes OriginArc’s active copy, subject to backups and provider retention periods.

Security

OriginArc uses server-side credentials, account-scoped records and private object storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly through the support channel shown in your account or payment receipt.

Your choices

You may access and manage project data in the Studio, cancel billing through the customer portal and request account assistance. Privacy rights vary by location and may include access, correction, deletion or appeal rights.

Children

OriginArc is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Account holders must be at least 18 under the Terms.
